Pakistani girls leave home to meet BTS stars; Caught by the police

Pakistani girls who left their homes to meet the stars of the world famous Korean music band BTS were found. The police found them traveling by train in Lahore on their way to South Korea. The 13- and 14-year-old Yasulla girls left their homes in Karachi’s Koragi area last week.

During the police interrogation, the two told the information that they were planning to go to South Korea. Police Superintendent Abrais Ali said the diary written in connection with entering South Korea came from the women’s house.

Information on flights to Seoul, the capital of South Korea, was also found. When the two went missing from the house, the police questioned another friend and got the information about the girls. Karachi Police has released a special awareness video on the incident. The video warned that parents should be careful about their children’s use of the Internet and understand that their worlds are changing.
