Enhancing Community Safety: Palmilla Receives New Preventive Patrol Vehicle
In a significant boost to community safety, the mayor of Palmilla, Gloria Paredes Valdés, joined forces with the Deputy Chief of the Carabineros, Claudio Muñoz Gómez, and the Head of the Huique Detention Center, Heriberto Silva, to deliver a new preventive patrol vehicle for the commune.
This initiative is part of the OS-14 Agreement signed with the Chilean Carabineros, aiming to strengthen the mixed patrol between municipal security teams and the Carabineros. The new vehicle will also enhance the capabilities of community security officers, who have undergone rigorous training and certification sessions provided by the Carabineros.
The ultimate goal is to provide a better user experience for the community in emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective response. With this new addition, the commune is taking a significant step towards improving public safety and security.
