Manchester: India get off to a good start in the crucial final ODI against England (ENG vs IND). After winning the toss, India took four wickets of the hosts. England’s scoreboard is only 80 runs in 15 overs. Moeen Ali (1) and Jos Buttler (9) are at the crease. Mohammad Siraj and Hardik Pandya took two wickets each for India.

India took control in the second over. Mohammed Siraj, Jonny Bairstow (0) and Joe Root (0), who got their first chance in the ODI series, were sent back. Bairstow returns with a catch to Shreyas Iyer at mid-off. Siraj returned Root (0) in the last ball of the same over. Captain Rohit Sharma caught at slip.

It was the Jason Roy (41)-Stokes partnership that saved England from collapse. Both added 54 runs. But Raw failed to hook Hardik Pandya. In the 10th over, Roy returned with a catch to Rishabh Pant. Roy hit seven boundaries. Stokes could not capitalize on a good start. Hardik catches his own ball and is dismissed.

Earlier, India came out with a change. Mohammad Siraj replaced the injured Jasprit Bumrah in the team. The two shared the first two matches of the series. Whoever wins today can clinch the series.
