Under the terms of the said Order, the rates are determined on the basis of the services received, the type of property built and the level of development of the geographical area.
Therefore, for built-up properties that benefit from household solid waste removal twice a week, the monthly rates vary between 3,000 FCFA and 5,000 FCFA, depending on whether it is a property with one dwelling or an operating unit, or is a property that brings together a number of dwellings. or operating units.
For built properties that benefit from three disposals of household solid waste per week, the monthly rates are between 7,000 FCFA and 30,000 FCFA, depending on whether it is a property with a single dwelling or operating unit, or a property that bringing together a number of dwellings or operating units. , and taking into account the level of development of the geographical area.
As a result, for built properties, invoicing the fee will come into effect from 1 January 2025. An invoice, drawn up in the owner’s name, will be given to the property occupier by SGDS SA agents for payment.
