AGO spokesperson Anang Supriatna confirmed that the office had “just learned about the House decision” and would “study it before issuing a statement.”
Similarly, the KPK acknowledged the President’s constitutional right to grant amnesty. KPK Chair Setyo Budiyanto commented,”That is within the President’s constitutional rights. But we will still examine the legal basis carefully.”

Adding to the political discourse, House Speaker Puan Maharani has reportedly urged her party members to prepare for the “dynamics of the election law revision” during a technical briefing.
