Previously, patient D.HP (born in 2012, living in Son Tra district, Da Nang city) was taken to the emergency room at Da Nang Hospital in a state of multiple injuries, a perforated abdominal wound exposing internal organs, and complex injuries. The left arm and left thigh have jagged wounds.

The patient was consulted at the hospital and determined to have multiple injuries caused by firecrackers, broken small intestines, perforated rectum, broken bladder, crushed left arm, left thigh, broken left pelvis, and skin burns all over his body. . The patient was taken to the emergency operating room, where doctors from many hospital specialties coordinated to clean the wound, remove many foreign objects, operate on hand wounds, inguinal and thigh wounds, and remove ruptured small intestines. and perforation, rectal suture, bladder suture, artificial colostomy, saving the patient’s life.

Currently, the patient is awake and continues to be actively monitored and treated at the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation.
