The Code Orange alert covers Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania. Weather officials also issued a Code Orange for several South Jersey counties, including Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem, and Mercer.
