Global pop group KATSEYE leads a broad slate of international music releases with their six-track project WILD. The EP arrives following the group’s earlier release Beautiful Chaos and features Billboard Hot 100 charting singles “Pinky Up” at No. 28 and “Animal” at No. 24.

KATSEYE Launches WILD EP Amid Member Hiatuses

The new WILD project builds on the momentum of KATSEYE’s previous studio output, which produced fan favorites such as “Gnarly,” “Gameboy,” and the Grammy-nominated single “Gabriela,” according to Billboard. The group’s rollout comes as lineup adjustments take effect. Member Manon Bannerman remains on a scheduled hiatus, while Sophia Laforteza started an additional break from group activities on August 7.

Despite the scheduling adjustments, KATSEYE is scheduled to support the new record on their arena-headlining Wildworld Tour. The concert series begins on September 1 in Dublin, Ireland.

Major Full-Length Albums from Phoebe Bridgers and Ayra Starr

Alongside KATSEYE’s EP, two major full-length albums debuted during the same release window. Phoebe Bridgers released Lost Weekend, marking her first solo LP in more than six years. The 16-track project spans a substantial catalog, though individual track rankings place focus across the entire tracklist.

At the same time, Ayra Starr released Starrgirl. The album expands her established Afropop foundation by incorporating pulsating dance beats and R&B duets. Additionally, actor Morgan Freeman entered the musical arena with the release of his Delta blues-celebrating Symphonic Blues Experience.

Additional Project Releases and Singles Wave

The crowded release calendar also featured numerous full-length projects across genres. Hip-hop, reggae, country, and electronic releases included collaborative work from Nipsey Hussle and Bino Rideaux on Prolific, alongside new music from Masicka (Forever Reign), Queen Ifrica (Breath of Life), The Womack Sisters (The Womack Sisters), Fridayy (Tension), Internet Money (We All We Needed), Becky G (Baraja Bendita), Jungle (Sushine), Trippie Redd (NDA), Jon Batiste (Black Mozart), October London (Love Me for Me), Channel Tres (Enigma POV), YTB Fatt (Vera Volpe), and Brian Kelley (Coral Beats).

In the singles category, Troye Sivan leads with “She’s the Best,” serving as the first official track from his forthcoming fourth studio album of the same name. Produced by Jack Antonoff, the breezy single dropped alongside an official music video starring fellow Australian Nicole Kidman. British singer-songwriter Jorja Smith also shared her new single “I Lied, You Lied” ahead of her third album release scheduled for next week.

Additional single releases arrived from Flo Milli with “Too Bo$$y,” Kash Doll and Alex Vaughn with “NWM,” Sleepy Hallow and Kyle Richh with “Fine,” and Quavo with “Trance.” Country and roots collaborations featured Little Big Town alongside Kelsea Ballerini on “Closing Time,” alongside new tracks from Orville Peck (“Already Gone”), Hudson Westbrook (“Made You Look”), Feng (“Fake Friends”), and Popcaan (“Comments”).
