Kansas City-based Platform Ventures has launched platform Multifamily, a new platform dedicated to ground-up apartment development and construction. The private investment firm aims to expand its residential footprint through this ‍venture, focusing on key ⁢markets across the ⁢Central, Southeast, and Southwest U.S.

Christopher N. Bennish has been appointed managing director to spearhead Platform Multifamily. Bennish brings extensive experience to the role, having previously managed approximately 3,300 units valued at $750 million as a development partner at Price Development Group. His prior experience also includes ⁣development roles at Alliance Residential in Denver and Houston.
