Traffic Collision in Ciudad Bolívar Claims Life of 22-Year-Old Officer
A 22-year-old officer with the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) died following a traffic accident in Ciudad Bolívar, Angostura del Orinoco municipality. The deceased has been identified as Deivis Daniel Ortíz, who was stationed at the Ciudad Piar police station.
According to reports, the incident occurred when Officer Ortíz was riding his motorcycle along España Avenue and collided with another vehicle.He sustained severe head trauma and an open wound to his left foot.
Emergency Response and Pronouncement of Death
Following the collision, Officer Ortíz was immediately transported to the emergency room at the Ruiz y Páez University Hospital Complex. Despite the rapid response, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
