Pokémon GO ⁤City Safari Takes Over‌ Hong Kong

Hong Kong, July 7 – The iconic Hong Kong tram transformed into a mobile Pokémon hunting ground today, kicking off the highly anticipated Pokémon⁤ GO City​ safari Hong Kong.

Four lucky players, including Hong Kong’s very own Pokémon GO World Champion, ​Zheng Yip-kai, nicknamed “Shopee,” embarked on ⁢a special journey aboard a Pokémon-themed tram. Departing from the historic Whitty ⁢Street Tram Depot,the tram wound its way​ through the bustling streets of Hong kong Island,offering passengers the chance to⁣ catch exclusive Pokémon along the way.

“It’s fantastic to see pokémon⁢ GO City Safari ‍come to Hong ​Kong,” said Shopee, who recently ‌returned from Hawaii after securing ‍victory at the Pokémon GO World Championship. “I’m grateful for the support I’ve received from ⁤everyone, especially from former team leader Sam and professor Lai​ Ching-lung.”

Shopee wasn’t the only enthusiastic participant.Emeritus Professor lai Ching-lung, a dedicated ⁣Pokémon GO player who spends an notable 10 hours a day catching pokémon, ⁣was also on⁣ board.

“I’m thrilled to see this event in Hong Kong,” said Professor Lai. “It’s a grate opportunity for players of ‌all ages ‌to​ come together and enjoy the game. ⁤I’m also happy to support⁣ Hong Kong students who are interested in competing in the pokémon GO World Championship in the⁢ future.”

The Pokémon GO City Safari⁤ Hong Kong is a ⁢weekend-long event, offering players ample⁢ time to explore the city and catch rare Pokémon.

Former Hong Kong team leader Sam, who is currently focused on helping Shopee prepare for his upcoming DSE Diploma Examination, expressed confidence in the future of hong Kong’s Pokémon GO team.

“We have many talented players who are just as skilled as Shopee,” said Sam.”I’m confident that we will continue to win ⁤more awards for Hong Kong in the years to⁢ come.”
