This reverses earlier exit poll results that showed Trzaskowski slightly ahead.
The Poland election saw significant voter engagement, with turnout reaching 72.8%, among the highest in recent history. Trzaskowski performed strongly in major cities, while Nawrocki garnered more support in rural areas and among older voters.
