Mr A is accused of stabbing and injuring his acquaintance, Mr. B, a man in his 60s, in the face with a weapon at his home in Ganseok-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon around 10:16pm on the 1st. . Mr A reported the crime directly to 112 and was arrested as a criminal by the police who arrived.
It was found that Mr. B was taken to hospital, treated and released.
