Investigating judges have ordered the 40-year-old officer to stand trial before the assizes court for murder,examining his role in the tragic event.
Laurent-Franck Liénard, the lawyer representing Florian M.,who was held in pre-trial detention for five months before being released under judicial supervision,has appealed the order.
