Building dispute between the late Choi Jin-sil and the late Jo Seong-min’s family has been re-examined

However, after being inherited by the siblings Choi Hwan-hee and Choi Jun-hee, Choi Jin-sil’s mother, the guardian, had to solve the building management and tax issues, and the late Seong-min Jo’s parents, who were recognized as real residents, received the rent for the building.

In the end, the late Choi Jin-sil’s mother filed a lawsuit against the late Cho Seong-min’s parents to evict and extradite the illegally occupied building. The court’s verdict was the victory of the late Choi Jin-sil’s mother. The court ruled that Cho Seong-min’s parents should live in the building until the sale is sold and pay 250 million won of the sale price to Choi Jin-sil’s mother.

According to the ‘Secret Newsroom’, the late Jo Seong-min’s parents have now moved out, and it is known that the owner of the building has changed.

Meanwhile, the late Choi Jin-sil passed away in 2008 and the late Cho Seong-min passed away in 2013.
