Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif left for Quetta on a one-day visit to establish peace and order in Balochistan. The Prime Minister will review the overall security situation of Balochistan in Quetta while also participating in the Apex Committee meeting.

According to media reports, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti and provincial ministers will attend the Apex Committee meeting while the Prime Minister will be briefed on the latest situation in Balochistan.

Apart from this, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will have a one-on-one meeting with Governor Balochistan and Chief Minister Balochistan.

On the occasion of the Prime Minister’s visit to Quetta, security has been put on high alert, additional personnel have been deployed for security on Airport Road and Zaghun Road on the occasion of the visit.

Apart from this, security personnel also patrol the Airport Road and nearby roads on the arrival of the Prime Minister.

It should be noted that a few days ago, during various terrorist incidents in Balochistan, around 50 people, including military personnel, were martyred.
