Demonstrators protested against the government in the Caribbean country of Haiti, which has been rocked by gang violence. Participants in several cities called for the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry, local media reported. They set car tires on fire and set up barricades on the streets. Police reportedly used tear gas in the capital Port-au-Prince, where former Prime Minister Claude Joseph took part in the protests. Further protests are expected until Wednesday.
