PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) revealed that PTTGC International Private Limited (GC Inter), a wholly owned subsidiary of PTTGC and Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (SDP), has sold all of its shares in the business. The Asia-Pacific region of Emery Oleochemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd. (EOM) and Emery Specialty Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. (ESC) to Edenor Technology Sdn. Bhd.(ETSB). which this business restructuring This includes the transfer of North American and European business from EOM to be under Emery Oleochemicals UK Limited, which is directly owned by GC Inter and SDP at 50%.
