The President of Russia ‘modern Tsar’, Vladimir Putin, has started his fifth term.

He said he would not ‘avoid dialogue’ in a situation where Ukraine has been at war for three years and is at odds with the West.

After taking the oath of office, President Putin continued his speech for almost 10 minutes.

Instead of Ukraine, which is at war, he mentioned Western countries that supported Ukraine and had a strained relationship.

“We have and will continue to try to strengthen good relations with all countries that consider Russia a reliable and honest partner. We do not reject dialogue with Western countries.

However, he emphasized that dialogue with the West is only possible under equal conditions that respect each other’s interests.

Previously, in his State of the Union address in February, President Putin even mentioned the possibility of using nuclear weapons against the West, and mentioned sending troops to Ukraine.

Although it was a much less threatening statement, it ultimately put pressure on the West to change its attitude towards Russia.

The day before his inauguration, he sent a warning message to the Russian military by ordering tactical nuclear training.

In response, the main Western countries, including the United States, Britain, Germany, and Canada, with the exception of France, reacted by boycotting the inauguration ceremony.

The Chairman of North Korea’s State Affairs Commission, Kim Jong-un, once again sent a congratulatory message on the inauguration ceremony following the presidential election last March, showing close ties.

Yulia Navalnaya, the wife of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who died mysteriously in a Siberian prison earlier this year, fiercely criticized President Putin, calling him a liar and a murderer.

“Putin’s promises are not only empty, they are lies. They have been for 25 years and they will be again. With him there will be no peace, no development, no freedom in this country. Lies and corruption are the foundation of Putin’s regime. .”

In the presidential decree signed on this day, President Putin announced that he would grow the Russian economy to the fourth largest economy in the world during his new term.
