Following the incident, Prince William’s spokesman issued a statement expressing regret for the incident, saying: “Racism should not exist in our society. Such discussions are unacceptable. And leaving the situation is something that should be done immediately. ”

While a statement from Buckingham Palace said “We are taking the matter very seriously and will carry out a thorough investigation. The Royal Household Office has invited Ms. Fulani to discuss if desired. During the questioning, Lady Hussey was very sad. and immediately withdrew from his duties in the Royal Household Office.”
