Questioning the “Isra and Mi’raj” is a crime that carries out criminal intent.. Parliamentary

The “Parliamentary” website, which specializes in legislative and parliamentary affairs, monitored in a report entitled: “Doubting the Night Journey and Ascension is a Crime,” in which it reviewed a ruling by the Court of Cassation issued more than 38 years ago, addressing the problem of questioning the miracle of the Night Journey, in which it was condemned. The court decided to deny the miracle, and considered it a crime with criminal intent to contempt religions by committing the criminal act, especially since the Islamic world is witnessing these days the anniversary of the miracle of the Isra and Mi’raj journey of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.

However, on such a great occasion, the heads of sedition appear at us on social media platforms, most notably “Facebook” and “Twitter”, under the pretext of advocates of enlightened thought and the renewal of religious discourse to cast doubt on the journey of the Night Journey, and to confirm the denial of the validity of the occurrence of the Ascension incident of the Prophet “Muhammad” and that the Night Journey and the Ascension “A complete fictitious story. The books of biography, history, and hadith are the ones that say that, but he issues you books that say it happened, but those that deny the occurrence of the ascension are not mentioned,” in addition to describing what was reported about the “ascension” as “propaganda and not true.” .

At such a time, statements come out from here and there, whether from specialists, clerics, writers, or journalists, to confirm or deny the incident, and both groups cite the evidence they have. However, the Egyptian Court of Cassation had previously dealt with the crisis of denying the “Isra and Mi’raj” incident more than 80 years ago, when a person asked another to recite Surah Al-Isra, so he recited to him the verse related to the Night Journey, and the other said to him: “It is not like that, and the one who captured Moses was captured, but Muhammad was not pleased.”
