Alipay has officially launched “Zhi Xiao Bao”, an AI life manager based on the Bailing model, marking the first service-oriented AI native application in China. This innovative service connects to ecological services, enabling users to quickly book tickets, order food, take taxis, and check nearby food, drink, and entertainment through conversation.
Zhi Xiao Bao also features a scene perception system that provides more intelligent services based on users’ living habits. This cutting-edge technology allows for a more personalized experience, making it easier for users to navigate their daily lives.
Intelligent Tourism with Huangshan Scenic Area
Alipay has partnered with Huangshan Scenic Area to create the first “full-course AI tour companion” scenic spot in China. The “Huangshan Intelligent Body” utilizes Alipay’s AI capabilities to proactively provide guides, explanations, taxi calls, nearby food, merchant recommendations, and other services based on tourists’ spatial positioning.
This innovative solution enhances tourists’ travel experience and helps the cultural and tourism industry upgrade to intelligence. To promote this function, Alipay invited Liang Weikeng and Wang Chang, the post-00s “Liang Wang Combination” of the national badminton team, to experience it.
As a popular athlete group, “Liang Wang” was arranged by Alipay to visit Huangshan after watching the sunset in Dali. Along the way, they used Zhi Xiao Bao for weather forecasts, restaurant recommendations, real-time mobile broadcasts, and experienced the “full-time AI tour companionship” service.
