Heavy Rain Forecast Issued for Northern Taiwan
The Central Meteorological Administration has updated the Special Heavy Rain Forecast at 9:35 PM on 21st, with short duration heavy rain likely over the North Coast from the evening of 21st to 22nd.
Locally heavy rain or torrential rain is expected in Keelung, Taoyuan City, Tainan City, Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County, and localized heavy rain is likely in northern Hsinchu, Nantou area and Taichung and mountainous areas. Chiayi
