Following the massive success of ‘Jailer’, Rajinikanth is all set to mesmerize audiences with his 170th film, titled ‘Vettaiyan’. Directed by J Gnanavel, the teaser for the film was unveiled on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday.

In ‘Vettaiyan’, Rajinikanth will portray the character of a police officer, adding another iconic role to his impressive career. Notably, this film also marks the reunion of Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan after 33 years, following their last collaboration in the 1991 film ‘Hum’ directed by Mukul S Anand. Joining them in the star-studded cast are Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, and Dushara Vijayan.
