Thiruvananthapuram: At a time when greenery is being lost not only in the land, but also in the mind, a beautiful song to bring the scenery to you through the breeze. On the occasion of Kerala’s birthday, the song ‘Poovankurunnile’ sung by Ranjith Jayaraman, composed by Setu Anand, is gaining attention. Rajesh Pinnadan composed the nostalgic lyrics for the song.
The special feature of the song is the tone of the Onapatt, the tone of the folk song, the heartbeat, the feeling of the love song, the words and the melody. The song was released by music directors Oussepachan, Bijibal and Justin Varghese through East Coast YouTube channel. Prince Antony (Creative Director), Nidish Bharti (Illustration) and Rahul Raju (Animation) have worked on this nostalgic animation video.
