Kolkata: Trinamool Congress MP Nusrat Jahan did not respond to a media query about the baby’s father. ‘Fathers know who their father is. My partner Yash (actor Yash Dasgupta) and I enjoy the role of parents, ”she said. Nusrat was speaking to the media during the inauguration of a saloon in Kolkata on Wednesday.
Nusrat said he had a sense of responsibility to voters and would return to parliament at the next session. ‘I have responsibilities to fulfill. I am responsible for myself, my family and the people who voted for me. So I will go back to work, ”she said.
Asked by the media if he was ready to face the question of who his son’s father was, she replied that he was always ready. ‘Everything changed after the birth of the son. Everything has changed from my geography to history. It’s a beautiful feeling. It cannot be expressed .’- Nusrat added.
Ishan, son of Nusrat Jahan, was born on August 26. Nusrat was married to businessman Nikhil Jain on June 19, 2019 in Turkey but the two later divorced. Nusrat’s partner is now actor Yash Dasgupta.
