Former player Mohammad Amir is ready to play again for the Pakistan cricket team. The player had retired from international cricket in 2020 following negligence by the Pakistan cricket team management.

God I want to play again. Before that, the aim is to perform well in the Pakistan Premier League – said Amir. Aamir added that Najeem Sethi, who replaced Rameez Raja, took care of his training matters and was grateful for that.

Amir’s retirement from international cricket at the age of 29 came as a shock to everyone. After retirement, Aamir lives in the UK with his family.

Aamir made his debut in the Pakistan team at the age of 17 in 2009. Meanwhile, he was banned for five years due to a match-fixing controversy. He has taken 81 wickets in 61 ODIs, 59 wickets in 50 20 matches and 119 wickets in 36 Test matches for Pakistan.
