Sam Jeong (69, Korean name Yoon-sam Jeong), CEO of Aju Real Estate, one of the representative old-timers of the Korean community in LA and a first generation member of the Korean commercial real estate industry, was found dead at his home in Pasadena on the 24th.

According to the Pasadena Police Department and relatives, CEO Sam Jeong had not been in contact with the outside world for several days, and when concerned family members and company employees went to his home, he was already dead.
