At this time, the small car driven by Gu was driving normally from west to east through the green light intersection. The two cars collided. The electric car drivers Lu and Li fell to the ground. Surveillance also showed that Lu was holding a dog on the pedals of the electric car he was driving, and he jumped out of the car quickly and was not injured at the time of the incident.

The traffic police department determined that the electric bicycle driver Lu was fully responsible for his behavior in violation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the car driver Gu was not responsible.
