Obituary for Margaret Brogan (née Kirrane)
Margaret Brogan of Logalisheen, Ballindine, County Mayo, passed away peacefully at the Mayo Hospice. She was born to Paddy and Nora Kirrane and was predeceased by her sister Mary.
Margaret is survived by her husband Jimmy, her sons Aidan and Brian, and her daughter Cathy. She leaves behind her brothers Tommy and Patrick, and her sisters Anne, Bernadette, Helen, and Monica. She is also mourned by her grandchildren Rory, Alex, Tom, Jack, Darragh, Cian, and Chloe.
The family would like to acknowledge her son-in-law Brendan, daughters-in-law Steph and Marie, brothers-in-law Tommy-Joe, John, and Eoin, and sisters-in-law Teresa, Peggy, Mary, and Patricia, along with numerous relatives, friends, and neighbors.
Funeral Arrangements
Margaret will reposes at Carey’s Funeral Home in Ballindine on Tuesday evening, November 26th, from 5 PM to 7 PM. Her remains will arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Ballindine, on Wednesday for a funeral mass at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Ballindine cemetery.
Donations
The family requests no flowers. Instead, they suggest donations to Mayo Hospice if desired.
The funeral mass will be live-streamed on the Kilvine parish Facebook page.
