1. Project Overview

2. Qualifications and Requirements
1. The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization registered and operating legally, and shall have the ability to independently bear civil liability, independently undertake bidding projects, and independently conclude and perform contracts.
2. Bidders must provide a copy of their valid business license with official seal.
3. This project does not accept joint bidding.

1. Model and Algorithm
1. Enterprises need to provide a multimodal large model application platform and have the ability to develop multimodal large models to support model customization.
2. It is necessary to integrate multimodal models and Lora models with advanced deep learning algorithms to ensure the innovation and authenticity of the generated content.
3. Comprehensively cover end-to-end scenarios from base model selection, industry model customization (Fine Tuning), data pipeline integration to inference deployment.
2. Functional Requirements
1. Language System:
1) The platform uses a Chinese interface, and the overall Chinese localization rate is not less than 95%. Except for the model name, the Chinese localization rate must be no less than 99%; Chinese help should be provided for menus and model visualization applications.
2) The Chinese terminal shall provide at least Pinyin (full Pinyin), Shuangpin, Smart ABC and other input methods. The input methods shall be stable and reliable, and the Chinese character library shall comply with national standards and have no copyright issues.
2. Creation Method:
The platform needs to support ≥3 different creation and generation methods, including but not limited to sketch-to-image, text-to-image, and image-to-image functions;
1) Sketch generation function: supports generating image content by uploading hand-drawn sketches and inputting required text prompts;
2) Text-to-image function: supports inputting text descriptions to automatically generate image content;
