Eastsoft Partners with KGM Mobility to Introduce AI Show Host

Eastsoft, a leading artificial intelligence service company, has announced a partnership with KGM Mobility to provide an AI show host that will handle key tasks within the company, including marketing, automobile sales, and in-house employee training.

The partnership was formalized in April with the signing of a contract to produce an AI show host and operate Eastsoft’s AI human service, Perso. This collaboration is part of KGM’s efforts to secure future growth engines and improve the company’s constitution.

The AI show host was designed to mimic the lively voice and speech characteristics of a human show host, with a focus on quick responses and natural movements to create a realistic experience. This is particularly important in live commerce, where real-time communication with customers is crucial.

Eastsoft’s AI human service, Perso, offers a range of features that support corporate productivity improvement and innovation activities. These include simple video production using AI humans in a SaaS environment, real-time conversation and translation linked with a large language model (LLM), and more. A video translator service that translates videos is also scheduled to be installed in Perso in the second half of the year.

KGM’s AI show host is expected to be widely used in various applications, including automobile sales, new car marketing, event guidance, internal and external training, and promotional ambassador activities. The AI show host has secured sufficient competitiveness in terms of customer response, overcoming limitations in schedule management and operating costs, and model risk management.

Looking ahead, the two companies plan to explore collaboration opportunities in various environments, including mobility. Eastsoft CEO Jeong Sang-won expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We are honored to provide AI Human to KGM, which is creating new changes in the mobility industry.” He added, “We will continue to turn the possibilities of AI Human into reality, enabling more companies to introduce AI Human as an innovation in their existing businesses and a future growth engine.”
