Jakarta – A contentious dispute regarding the relationship between former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil and Lisa Mariana has reached a conclusion. DNA testing has definitively established that Lisa Mariana’s child, with the initials CA, is not biologically related to Ridwan Kamil.
The Origin of the Dispute
The case originated from statements made by Lisa Mariana alleging that Ridwan Kamil was the biological father of her child, CA. this led to a formal report filed by Ridwan Kamil with the Criminal Inquiry Police on April 11, 2025, citing concerns over manipulation of information, electronic document alteration, and defamation.
Investigation and DNA Testing
Following the report, authorities initiated an investigation, collecting electronic evidence, audio samples, and other relevant documentation. On April 11, 2025, Lisa Mariana and her legal counsel held a press conference reiterating her claims of a relationship with Ridwan Kamil and asserting his biological paternity of CA.
DNA samples were collected from Ridwan Kamil, Lisa Mariana, and CA on August 7, 2025, and subjected to rigorous analysis by the National Police Forensic Laboratory. The purpose was to determine any genetic or biological connection between Ridwan Kamil and the child.
DNA Test Results: No paternity
The results, announced by brigadier General Hastry Purwanti of the National Police Medical and Health Center, conclusively demonstrated that Ridwan Kamil is not the biological father of CA. “From the analysis of all DNA profiles obtained, it has been scientifically proven that CA is a biological child of lisa Mariana Presly Zulkandar, not a biological child of Muhammad Ridwan Kamil,” she stated.
The analysis confirmed a 50% DNA match between CA and Lisa Mariana, but no compatibility between CA and Ridwan Kamil’s DNA.
Lisa Mariana’s Reaction
Lisa Mariana publicly followed the declaration of the DNA test results via television broadcasts.She displayed a strong emotional reaction, initially crying and then becoming visibly agitated upon learning the outcome. This was observed during a live stream on her TikTok account (@lisamariana),where she expressed distress and frustration,particularly in response to negative comments from viewers.
