Tournament to Begin on the Weekend of the 14th
The draw for the Mie Prefectural Autumn High School Baseball Tournament, which will lead to the Senbatsu Koshien tournament next spring, was held in Tsu City on the 10th.
The tournament will be attended by 26 schools that have won their regional qualifying rounds in three blocks.
At the draw held on this day, the coaches of the participating schools drew lots to determine the match-ups.
Komono High School, which won the summer tournament, will start from the second round and face the winner of the match between Yokkaichi Commercial and Tsu Nishi, while Ujiyamada Commercial, which participated in this spring’s Senbatsu, will also start from the second round and face the winner of the match between Kindai College of Technology and Takada.
The tournament will begin on the 14th of this month, and the top three schools will compete in the Tokai Tournament to be held in Shizuoka Prefecture from the 19th of next month.
Mie TV will live stream all matches from the semi-finals onwards on its official YouTube channel and on the Mie TV app, and will also provide live commentary of the final and third place match.
