JAKARTA – Rosé BLACKPINK is currently busy promoting their new song “APT” with Bruno Mars. One of Rosé’s activities was performing on Vogue’s YouTube, talking about his new song and sharing a recipe for his favorite rice dish.

In the video, Rosé mentions the ingredients needed to make his favorite rice dish. Rosé admits to adding sugar to kimchi rice, even though her mother banned it because it makes it taste more delicious.

“All you need is turmeric, spam (canned meat), gochujang, olive oil, eggs and rice. Oh, and sugar, my mother said you don’t need to put the sugar in, but it makes it all better. Here’s to making turmeric fried rice ingredients,” Rosé said enthusiastically.

Rosé then started cooking, cooking the kimchi and meat first. Then, he added a little gochujang to the kimchi mat.

The singer, whose real name is Park Chae Young, then adds rice to the menu and mixes all the ingredients until evenly combined. He also added a little soaking water and sugar to make it more delicious.

“I added soaking water here and sprinkled a little bit of sugar in it,” he said.

After the turmeric rice is cooked, Roze continues his activity by boiling soft-boiled eggs. Then place the soft-boiled eggs in the middle of the cooked rice as a topping.

Not only that, Roze also adds kaita bulgur leaves to his fried rice suburb. He claimed to like eating rice and kaitapur leaves.

“Maybe you think I’m crazy, but I’m used to enjoying it with samurai leaves,” she said.

When the rice tastes cooked, Roze seems to really like it. He said the cooked rice was delicious and he was proud to make it.

“I’m very proud of this,” Rosé concluded.
