Rosie O’Donnell: Mounjaro & Weight Loss Journey
Rosie O’Donnell Shows Off Weight Loss, Credits Mounjaro After Ireland Move
Rosie O’Donnell, 63, recently shared a photo on Instagram showcasing her weight loss, which she attributes to the medication Mounjaro. The post followed her move to Ireland.
O’Donnell, former host of The Rosie O’Donnell Show, wrote, “I cant believe this is me now,” and included hashtags for “mounjaro,” “weightloss,” and “bodydismorphia.” Mounjaro is an injectable medication used to treat type 2 diabetes, with weight loss as a side effect.
In march, O’Donnell first told her social media followers that she was taking mounjaro as part of her diabetes treatment. She also noted that cooking for herself and Clay, after having a chef for two years, contributed to her weight loss.
O’Donnell said she finds it “shocking” to be a size large, instead of XL or XXL, as she has “always had a weight issue.”
“I’ve lost more weight. I am on Mounjaro for my diabetes and one of the side effects is you lose weight,” Rosie O’Donnell said.
What’s next
O’Donnell is set to appear in season three of And Just Like That…, premiering on Max on Thursday, May 29, with new episodes released weekly.
