Kyiv: Russia Ukraine War Updates: On the ninth day, Russia and Ukraine intensified their attacks. Russia has reportedly attacked Ukraine’s largest nuclear power plant.

There are reports of fire and smoke coming from the plant. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a U.S. military base in the southern Ukrainian city of Enerhodor. The plant is reportedly surrounded by Russian troops. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s President Vladimir Selensky has said that a second round of talks between Ukraine and Russia has failed. It is reported that there will be special areas for evacuation and rescue operations where military action will be avoided or halted. In any case, it is clear that Putin is not ready to back down from these talks. Despite tough sanctions on Russia by many countries, especially European countries and NATO, Putin is moving ahead without a clue.
