Saba Mubarak: I was afraid of my role in “A Nose and Three Eyes”.. And Amir Ramses: The novel is complicated

The heroes of the movie “A Nose and Three Eyes” were guests on the program “With You, Mona El Shazly,” presented by journalist Mona El Shazly and broadcast on ON channel. Saba Mubarak spoke about her fear of the movie, saying: “Apart from the fact that the movie is inspired by a novel or a movie, and that my role is new.” And he was not in it. I was afraid of the role because it is difficult to play the role of a psychiatrist who treats someone, because they have their own way and have specific protocols and things like that.”

Regarding Amir Ramses’s attraction to the novel, he said: “I think that the novel is very complicated and complex and has many lines, and when it was approached by the producer Shahnaz Al-Akkad, I found that it was really difficult for the novel to be turned into just one movie. I felt that there was a new movie and maybe I love cinema that is based on relationships.” Which is more in line with the public’s problems.”

The film makers released the advertisement for the work, which begins with a poignant dramatic monologue by Dr. Hashem Dhafer El Abidine about the nature of surrender and its motives. Showing us Hashem’s anxious personality and his personal struggle to make decisions that could completely change his life, or expose him to irreparable losses. Then the commercial scenes move smoothly between the film’s heroines and his guest of honour, so we see “Ruba” Salma Abu Deif, the innocent, lively young woman, then “Amina” Amina. Khalil is the film’s guest star, and she seems very attached to Hashem, and we end with an exciting discussion between Hashem and his psychiatrist, “Alia” Saba Mark, where we discover that he is suffering from a constant nightmare that haunts him and is difficult for him to explain.
