3. Performance

• Processor: The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, which is an upgrade from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the S24 model.
• RAM and Storage: The RAM capacity could increase to 16GB from 12GB, and the internal storage remains 256GB but with faster UFS 4.1 speeds.
• Handling Multitasking: With increased RAM, the phone is better equipped to handle multitasking and processing AI requests[1].

4. Battery Life

• Capacity and Endurance: The battery life of the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which features a 5,000 mAh cell lasting nearly 17 hours, is set to be maintained in the S25 Ultra[1].

5. Additional Features

• Geekbench Scores: The phone’s benchmark scores are expected to be impressive with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, which matches the top scores of the A18 Bionic-powered iPhone.
• New AI Features: The S25 Ultra is likely to add more AI features similar to those in the S24 lineup but specific details are not yet known[1].

By focusing on these key upgrades, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra promises significant improvements over its predecessor.
