Hot water (second brew): 80℃, 100ml

- First Brew
Pour 90ml of 80℃ hot water into a teapot containing the tea leaves. Let it steep for 50 seconds, then pour into a cup. Taste the first brew first.
- Second Brew
Pour 100ml of 80℃ hot water into the teapot. Let it steep for 10 seconds, then pour more into the cup you just finished drinking from.
