Lawyer Ananchai Chaiyadej, President of the Army Lawyers Institute, filed a complaint against the Spirit Connection Cult group on 6 counts of offenses under the Computer Crimes Act, money laundering, and solicitation control. Lawyer Ananchai and the Dhamma Army said that these are the decisions of the Sangha Supreme Council, and the 7 points stated in this letter are only the opinion of Lawyer Ananchai and the Dharma Army.
Lawyer Thammarat further said that the decision of the Sangha Supreme Council contained only 3 items: assigned to protect Buddhism in accordance with duties and authority to be up-to-date with events, prevention and prevention of harm that may happen to Buddhism.
