“Unlike in the past, there are a lot of confirmed cases now, so in fact, almost all of them are already being carried out at the academy, such as ‘floating one space’ or ‘installing a partition’.”

The academy, reading room, and study cafe have the quarantine pass lifted and anyone can enter, but instead, measures to strengthen quarantine management will be implemented starting tomorrow.

However, academies that use wind instruments that have to be blown with the mouth or teach singing and acting have a quarantine pass and can only enter if they have completed the vaccination or have a voice certificate.

The quarantine rules will be strengthened from tomorrow for other facilities where the quarantine pass has been lifted.

Department stores and large marts are prohibited from soliciting activities such as promotions, event performances, and eating inside the store, while movie theaters and performance venues must voluntarily strengthen quarantine measures such as ‘floating’ and advance reservations in libraries and museums.

“Fever check and access list management are strictly enforced as before. Eating and drinking other than beverages is prohibited.”

Meanwhile, due to the spread of Omicron, the number of confirmed teens has nearly doubled in the past week, and the educational authorities have also started preparing quarantine measures such as introducing rapid antigen testing and providing self-test kits to front-line schools.

The Ministry of Education plans to announce the quarantine guidelines for the new semester and academic operation policies, which make it a principle to go to school tomorrow.
