Scoot Airlines, a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, will begin direct flights to various Asian cities. The new destinations include:
- Phu Quoc, Vietnam: Flights start on December 20, 2024, with three flights weekly. The frequency will increase to five flights per week starting January 25, 2025.
- Padang, Indonesia: Flights begin on January 6, 2025, with four flights weekly.
- Shantou, China: Flights will start on January 16, 2025, with three flights weekly.
Booking for these flights opens on November 11, 2024. One-way ticket prices are as follows:
- SGD 135 to Phu Quoc
- SGD 119 to Padang
- SGD 169 to Shantou
In addition to these new routes, Scoot Airlines plans to add two flights weekly to Jakarta, Indonesia, starting November 24, 2024, and seven flights to Koh Samui, Thailand, starting December 20, 2024.
