As part of this move, Scott Greenberg, former CEO of Bento Box Entertainment, has been appointed as executive chairman and co-founder. The company focuses on story-driven IP management services.

The company’s expansion aims to provide an clever digital framework for creators and producers, bridging creative vision with collaborative tools to develop and scale narratives.
Founded by CEO Kate Armstrong-Smith and CTO Joe Couch in Sydney, othelia emphasizes user data ownership and control, ensuring that creative data is not repurposed for training generative models. The company plans to launch Storykeeper, its flagship tool, in beta this fall.Storykeeper is designed for individual content creators and studio teams across film,television,social media,and gaming industries. It has undergone alpha testing with select studios and streamers.
Storykeeper’s semantic model treats narrative text as structured data, integrating key story elements like plot, characters, themes, timelines, and world rules into a secure platform. This approach allows users to track narrative connections, contradictions, and revisions, providing efficiency, real-time control, and clear visibility into their intellectual property.
Othelia has secured early investments from ALIAVIA Ventures and angel investors, including Deanne Weir and Clarence Capital Partners. The company plans to develop additional tools to manage creative data throughout production cycles, enhancing its platform for story-driven IP management.
