Selling online, you must know. The Department of Revenue allows the use of condo addresses to “VAT register”.

The Department of Revenue reveals about the online sales business that many entrepreneurs use to live in condominiums or condominiums as their business establishments. If the income is more than 1.8 million baht per year, the entrepreneur is required to register the value added tax (VAT) with the Department of Revenue.

In the past, condominiums could not be used as an establishment for VAT registration, so the law was amended to be in line with the current sales model. By using an address in a condominium or condominium as a place of business to register for VAT online. from 1 December ’22 onwards
