Serial actress aswathy babu accused in drug case and husband arrested

Manorama reported that serial star Aswathi and her husband Naufal have been arrested in a home invasion case. The Njarakkal police arrested both of them yesterday. A native of Nairambalam, Kishore and his mother were attacked in their house due to financial involvement.

Actress Aswathi, who was arrested in a drug case in Kochi, got married last week. Ashwati’s friend and native of Kochi Kakkanadu was married to Naufal. Naufal runs a car business in Kochi. Ashwati had earlier said that she was undergoing treatment for drug addiction.

Ashwati and her friend Binoy were arrested by the police in December 2018. Thrikkakara police arrested them both with drug MDMA.
