2024 Monthly Tennis Tournament (October to March)

This is‌ a mixed doubles tournament held​ every​ month. There are preliminary rounds ​and a final for ​all rankings, so you can enjoy tennis to the ​fullest.

Tournament Information

• Venue: Oiso Prince‍ Hotel ⁣Tennis Court (artificial turf with sand)
• Events: Mixed Doubles
• Match⁢ Method: After the preliminary rounds, there​ will be a‍ final and a ranking tournament. All matches will be played in a‌ 6-game, no-ad format. *The match format will vary depending on the number of participants.
• Matchups: Decision made ⁢on the‍ day *The number of courts available for the tournament will vary depending on the date of the tournament. Please note that the number of courts may differ depending on ⁣the ⁣progress ​of the matches.

Reservations and Cancellations

From 2024, online⁤ reservations will be available, just like other tournaments.

Reservations

• We only accept online reservations.
• If the event is full and you would like to be⁢ placed on the waiting list, please apply for the waiting list. If there are cancellations,‌ we will contact you by ⁤email‌ in order⁤ of availability.

Cancellations

• Cancellations‌ must be made directly by‌ email ‌or phone. Please note that cancellations cannot be made via the web.
• A cancellation fee of 50% will ‍be charged ‌if you cancel from the same weekday of the week prior to the participation date until the day ⁤before, and 100% will be charged if you cancel on the⁣ day of the participation.
• If you wish to cancel your waiting list, please contact us as soon as‌ possible.

Cancelled due to Rain

• The decision will be made at 9:30 A.M. on the day.
• If the event is ⁢cancelled, we will notify you​ via LINE VOOM (select Follow). Search for ⁣”Oiso Prince Hotel ‍Tennis Court.”
• Even in light rain,‍ the match will be held depending on the ​court conditions. After the match has ​started, the match will be considered complete once two matches have been completed.
