ServiceNow executive Amit Zavery reported on LinkedIn that India is poised to become one of the company’s largest markets as enterprise demand for artificial intelligence accelerates.
ServiceNow World Forum Keynote in Mumbai
Zavery took the stage in Mumbai to deliver a keynote on the company’s AI Control Tower, highlighting tools designed to help enterprises track and govern AI agents. Subrahmanyan from Larsen & Toubro discussed moving enterprise AI from ambition to action across manufacturing, construction, and core operations.
Zavery also participated in a fireside chat with Adrian Johnston to examine the practical operational framework required to move artificial intelligence past experimental phases and into full production scale. According to Zavery, organizations should avoid ripping out existing systems in favor of making current infrastructure smarter.
Start with the friction, connect the data and context, prove value, then repeat the pattern. And underneath it all, you need an architecture that can sense, decide, act, and govern.

New Autonomous Workflow Products Announced
During the Mumbai event, ServiceNow announced the rollout of the ServiceNow AI Workflow Factory and the Autonomous Engineer. These offerings aim to transition enterprises from isolated pilot projects to continuous workflow optimization while embedding security and control protocols from the start.
Zavery emphasized that accountability must span multiple corporate leadership tiers rather than resting on a single technology executive. CEOs, CFOs, risk officers, and corporate boards all share responsibility, with accountability required to precede operational autonomy.
As an example of scale in the region, Mumbai-headquartered LTM currently operates more than 1,500 artificial intelligence agents across security, human resources, IT, and project delivery with dedicated governance structures.
Media Briefings and Regional Leadership
Ahead of future market expansions, Zavery discussed the next phase of enterprise automation during media appearances with Bloomberg Asia, The Economic Times, and CNBC-TV18. He also extended acknowledgments to local leadership figures, including Sumeet Mathur, Kulmeet Bawa, and Adrian Johnston, for supporting the regional ServiceNow operations.
