This operation resulted in the acquisition of a significant quantity of weapons and equipment from the Myanmar army.
Further fighting was reported in the Tsingwan region, where MNDAA forces launched a heavy assault on a Myanmar military camp located on the slopes of Kawtang Pop Pok Hill in northern Kokang. Simultaneously, the Rakhine Army (AA) targeted and seized a military camp outside Mongolia.
