While the early signing period has diminished the significance of National Signing Day, Beamer still held a press conference to discuss the program’s progress. According to reports, South Carolina signed 15 players during the early signing period and expected to add two more on .
Portal Successes and Return of Key Players
Beamer expressed enthusiasm for the team’s transfer portal class, stating they brought in “experience, production, and no entitlement.” He emphasized that high school recruiting remains the program’s foundation, but the portal was utilized to address specific needs this year. “We brought in experience.
